DBT for You is a mental health treatment program that helps kids, teens and young adults- ages 9-29- build better coping skills and emotional resilience. We do this through online, evening therapy sessions, so it’s really accessible for families. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is especially helpful for people dealing with intense emotions or behaviors. We also provide training to schools and community groups regarding DBT principles and skills.
