The 8th Annual Exeter UFO Festival will be held in downtown Exeter, NH. For the past six years, this festival has been drawing UFO enthusiasts from across the country. This year the Exeter Area Kiwanis Club has partnered with the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce to bring you additional activities and entertainment to the festival.
The festival is held in part of a famous 1965 incident where a UFO was seen flying around. Also, New Hampshire was where Betty and Barney Hill famously said they were abducted by aliens in 1961.
Not only is the Exeter UFO Festival an educational experience for both believers and skeptics, it's a fun time for families & friends. There are activities for the kids and a lecture series featuring an esteemed panel of experts for the adults.
Lectures will be held in the historic Exeter Town Hall located at 9 Front Street in Exeter. Children's "Crash Site", crafters row, and musical entertainment will be held at the Town House Common located at the corner of Front Street and Court Street.
Information on the lectures/speakers can be found HERE.
The UFO Festival is a major fundraiser for the Exeter Area Kiwanis Club, with profit going towards local children's charities, children's programs and community programs.
