The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce will host the 2nd Annual health ZONE, Health Expo. This event will focus on health, fitness, nutrition and wellness. In today's world, monitoring your overall health is critical to the every-day well being. This Chamber favorite will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about traditional and holistic wellness practices, healthy eating, fitness practices, relaxation activities and stress management for a rounded and more fulfilling lifestyle.
Doors open at 10:00 AM; admission FREE and open to the public.
