Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting

The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce scheduled on Tuesday, August 18 8:30-9:30AM on Zoom. The agenda includes a short business meeting, financial update, and election of new Board members.

The current Board of Directors approved the following slate of candidates who have been nominated to serve a three year term starting in Fiscal Year 2021 through Fiscal Year 2023.

Additional Members in good standing, other than those so proposed, may be nominated for any vacancy.  Any nomination(s) must be reported to the Chair of the Board of Directors by twelve o'clock (noon) of the day ten (10) days after the slate of candidates has been emailed to Members.  If further nominations are received within the stated time period and before the deadline, the Annual Meeting will then proceed to vote (by voice, hand or ballot) on multiple candidates for a particular vacancy.  Otherwise, the proposed slate will be declared duly elected at the Annual Meeting. 

Serving on the Chamber's Board requires a significant contribution of time and talent.  All who serve share the same goal of contributing to the creation of a vibrant community to live work and play- and do so selflessly- and we are grateful for their contributions. 

JOANNA BRAMER, OWNER, LIGHTHOUSE ADVISORY 

The idea of Lighthouse Advisory was born of a desire to help small businesses thrive. After having started my career in the Washington, DC metro area, I relocated to the New Hampshire seacoast with my husband to find a better life balance. I’ve spent the last several years as part of a Big 4 Accounting Firm, and the majority of my professional career providing management consulting services for large and complex organizations. I’m excited to bring this big firm experience to my clients! More specifically, my experience includes CFO support, accounting operations, financial statement audits, internal control program execution and documentation, financial improvement, and audit readiness support. 

KELLY HUTCHINSON, VICE PRESIDENT, BRANCH MANAGER, KENNEBUNK SAVINGS BANK 

Kelly Hutchinson is the Vice President, Branch Manager of Kennebunk Savings’ Stratham branch, where she oversees the overall administration and efficiencies of the daily operations of a full service banking branch.  She has been with Kennebunk Savings for nearly three years and has more than 25 years of banking experience in the Seacoast Region.  Kelly is an active member of the community and has participated in several local civic and non-profit organizations.  She has served on various organizations committees and boards and takes a leadership role in promoting local organizations and Kennebunk Savings within our community.
