Exeter's Downtown Cinema Premier.  Two days of movies in Town Hall.
Downtown Cinema movies aren't just any movies, they include, Food, Music and Film!

Premier Movie Nights' schedule
6-7:00 pm.  Food, music and drinks with pre film discussion
7-8:30 pm.  Movie (some movies may include an intermission)
8:30-9:00   Music

Saturday Matinee begins at 1:00
4 short films and a feature film.

 
Michael Lawrence 
When Portsmouth police detective Michael Lawrence is called in to investigate the mysterious death of beloved music professor, Emma Gagnon, he isn't convinced that it's murder... until someone breaks into Emma's office and another body turns up. Soon Lawrence and his partner Sohm find themselves drawn into a complex web involving a missing girl, a popular author, a driven student with a past, a drug ring, and a killer who will strike again.

Directed by KJ Traynor (a local novelist) and produced by Narrow Street Films

Lone Survivor
Gold Star Mother Natalie Healy will share some thoughts about her heroic son, Navy SEAL Senior Chief Petty Officer Daniel Healy who, along with 15 Navy SEALs and Army Night Stalkers, was tragically killed in action during the rescue mission featured in the movie, and the foundation created to honor his memory. This will be followed by the movie, which stars one of Boston's own, Mark Wahlberg.
